本集團董事長，現任太盟投資集團合伙人、私募股權業務聯席主管及太盟中國總裁，同時擔任大連新達盟商業有限公司董事長。
黃德煒先生于2011年加入太盟投資集團。加入太盟投資集團前，于2006年至2010年曾任職于全球領先的另類資產管理公司TPG，擔任副總裁職務并負責亞洲地區股權投資的評估和執行；于1999年至2005年曾任職于摩根士丹利投資銀行部，先后從事中國市場的并購和股權融資業務以及北美中型企業并購業務的工作。黃德煒先生目前還擔任國內領先工業氣體企業盈德氣體的董事長、全球高端連鎖咖啡品牌%ARABICA的董事長、意大利創新醫藥研發企業NERVIANO MEDICAL SCIENCES的董事長、并擔任全球領先顏料企業先尼科化工、奈雪的茶、金蘋果教育、匯量科技、數傳集團以及國藥集團下屬國藥租賃的董事，也曾擔任騰訊音樂娛樂集團的董事。
